Calling all new Peak to Peak Pickleball Players!
Ready to level up your pickleball game? Join our Beginner Clinic Series!
If you register and find you cannot attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so that persons on the waitlist will be given the opportunity to sign up.
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your paddle and proper court shoes. Limited loaner paddles will be available. The goal of these clinics is to progress players through essential skills, strategies and shot sequences of pickleball, from serves and returns to drops, dinks, volleys, and beyond. This friendly, low-pressure format is designed for beginners, who are both brand new or building confidence in their skills.
Players do not need to attend all sessions - sign up for one, or sign up for all -- while there may be some overlap from session to session, joining additional sessions will allow players to solidify key skills.

Registration opens: March 10, 2025 Liveball 1.5 hour fast-paced, pickleball session that will give you 100s, maybe 1000s, of ball contact. 'Liveball' is taking the country by storm for its fun, continual, aerobic workout that will quickly strengthen your game and your fitness. Think of a traditional game, but take out the serve and return. As soon as the point is over.......the NEXT ball is in play! We'll limit the signups to 7 players who will rotate in and out continually, so no sitting around or waiting. Come try it! Light coaching, tips and guidance provided throughout the sessions. Plan on wearing eye protection (glasses and/or hat). Warm up BEFORE we start. Thank you to those who have assisted with set up and tear down in previous clinics! Since the goal of Liveball is to progress, signing up for more than one clinic is encouraged. Peter would like to continue to offer Liveball, so there should be room for repeat players as well as first timers. NOTE: NOTE: In the event of inclement weather, this session will take place at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds!! LOOK OUT FOR AN EMAIL 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SESSION!!

The MLP format is a team match consisting of four games: women's doubles, men's doubles, and two mixed doubles games. If, after these 4 games, the teams are tied 2-2, a Dreambreaker is played. In a Dreambreaker, one person from each team plays singles against the other, switching players every 4 points until someone gets to 15 (or whatever you are playing to) and wins by two points. Before registering, please read the skill level definitions to assist you in determining whether your playing level is appropriate for this event. Each team consists of 4 players - 2 men and 2 women.
