2024 P2P Holiday Party at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds

Join your pickleball peeps for some holiday cheer and pickleball fun at the annual holiday get-together.  

**Parking Notice: Due to the annual holiday craft fair being held at the FG Exhibit Hall, parking may be limited.  Please park near the pickleball building rather than in the main parking lot.  Consider carpooling to save space.

Our P2P Outreach Program has chosen Chaffee County Schools as our "outreach recipient" for this event.  If you are able, please bring some healthy snacks or a grocery store gift card. We will have boxes decorated in holiday paper.  Our team will organize the healthy snacks into boxes to be delivered to our local classrooms.  A cash donation jar will be available and any donations will be used to add to the classroom snack boxes.  What a great way to help our teachers and their students!

PARTY DETAILS:  The noon meal will be Moonlight pizza, provided by the P2P Club.  If your last name begins with A - G bring a dessert.  H-Q bring an appetizer.  R - Z bring a salad.  Beverages will be provided.

Fun activities will include:

4-Square Pickleball (bring your paddle if you want to play)

Fun and Silly Games (we guarantee you will enjoy them)

A drawing for prizes 

Opportunities to interact with your pickleball friends and to meet new friends
