being randomly selected to play in the B.V 3.5 League #3.  There is no maximum number of P2P members that can sign-up for this lottery event.  This sign-up will be available until 5/20/2024 and a random number generator will be applied to select 12 people to participate in league play (BV 3.5 League #3 play on Tuesday's in June from 7-9 p.m.).

Please refer to the P2P email distributed on 5/15 to all P2P members describing the June trial leagues and the process to be followed in selecting league participants. 

A few important rules to know before signing-up for this BV 3.5 League #3 lottery:

• Sign-up for only 1 of the trial leagues that are being run in June.   IMPORTANT:  If you sign-up for more than 1 trial league lottery, we will disqualify you from all.  We want to ensure everyone has an equal chance of random selection for participation in a league.
• Sign-up for this BV 3.5 League 3 lottery only if you are the appropriate skill level (e.g. High Intermediate).              
• Sign-up for this BV 3.5 League 3 lottery only if you can personally commit to all 4 weeks in June (6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25) on Tuesdays from 7-9 p.m..  If you cannot make that time for all those dates (barring a family emergency or significant personal illness), please do not sign-up for this BV 3.5 League 3's lottery.  
• If you are interested in playing in this BV 3.5 League #3 but can't commit to all the dates reflected above (on Tuesdays 7-9 p.m.), please email Diane Cannella at dlcannella@gmail.com to add you to a list of substitutes in case someone has an emergency and needs to find a substitute.  
• If you are randomly selected to play in this BV 3.5 League #3 (and therefore committed to the 4 weeks of June play on Tuesdays from 7-9 pm) and have an emergency and cannot make a week, you will be responsible for finding a substitute for your replacement (a sub list will be provided to you at the beginning of the league).  The sub cannot be higher than a High Intermediate skill level.      
• There will be a non-refundable/non-transferable total cost of $40 for the 4 weeks of league play that will be paid in advance of the league. The $40 will be collected only from those randomly selected individuals who are committed to the BV 3.5 League #3. The fee must be paid on-line via registration to a P2P website event to be set up specifically for BV's 3.5 League #3. 

PLEASE BE SURE YOU CAN COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE RULES ABOVE PRIOR TO SIGNING UP FOR THIS BV 3.5 LEAGUE 3 LOTTERY.  THE FUTURE OF LEAGUE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ENTIRE CLUB RESTS ON P2P MEMBERS FOLLOWING THE RULES AND HAVING RESPECT FOR ALL OTHER MEMBERS.
