We will offer 3 stations, and over the course of the 2 hours, you will rotate through the stations. The focus at each station will vary from session to session, but the gist is that you will have an opportunity to concentrate on specific skills that will strengthen your pickleball game. Stations include (but are not limited to) Non-Volley Zone work, Transition Zone work, Serve/Return, Mini-Liveball, and Footwork and Paddle drills. So plan on an intense 2 hours of fitness, technique, and strategy! Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and warm up! You MUST cancel if you can not make it.
